All comments, questions or complaints may be submitted to the Grievance Mechanisms in the following ways, personally by handing the grievance form to:
- By letter or by hand delivery to the ATRC Offices – print and use this form (.docx)
Electronically to the e-mail address: [email protected] from where the received mail for the Grievance Mechanisms is forwarded to the Grievance Officer and contact person of the complaint’s mechanism.
By phone by calling +383 38 739 739 where the person who answers is obliged to transfer the contact to the Grievance Officer or to the deputy contact person for the complaint mechanism.
By SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels +383 44 691 838, as a direct channel of communication with the Grievance Officer.
Via webpage www.advocacy-center.org/report through the online form where the received report for the Grievance Mechanisms is forwarded to the Grievance Officer and contact person of the complaint’s mechanism.
