This workshop covers general overview of writing project proposal including all elements of the project proposal. The methodology is based on the Logical Framework Approach and enables participants to develop projects from initial ideas to establishing goals and objectives, proposal implementation plans and budgeting.

This workshop will cover the concepts, structures and defining characteristics of civil society and the NGO sector in democratic and transitioning societies.
